Hello friends...
Am so excited , I'M ALIVE its a miracle not a routine,God's grace is suffient and that makes me want to scream out loud THANK YOU LORD!!!
What makes it more exciting is knowing who we are in christ, the bible says in I Peter 2:9-10 ( But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 10 Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.) .
GOD loves us just the way we are, our attitude or actions can not change the love of God but sin can deprive us from enjoying the good things God has given to us.
God is our father and He desires for us to have that father-son relationship...
Lemme explain this to you, when you are a child you know your biological father loves and would want to do things to make you happy, as a father he perfomes his fatherly duty by making provisions for all your needs, takes you out, buy you toys and all that. You know play with you and you depend totally on him because you know he is your father. Now how much more of your father which is in heaven,(i hope do you get the picture now).
As a child back then, we want to obey daddy's instruction cos we dont want daddy to be upset with us but most times we disobey but daddy neva hated us, he might scold us at times or just correct us.
proverbs 22:6 says (Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.).
God desires for us to depend on him for everything we do in life, he want us to talk to him all the time even to the Minutiae details of our life I peter 5:7 (Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.)
The quetsion now is how do we develop that father-son relationship we are talking about?
PRAYER IS THE KEY...
phillipians 4:6-7 (Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.).
The problem is most times we think we can do things on our own and along the line we get stock and start looking for solution different places
