I just have some few words of encouragement for someone out there.
I just have some few words of encouragement for someone out there.
So enjoy and be blessed.
Many have suffered different issues,
be it emotional, financial, physical, or spiritual. It has all cause something
in our life either positively or negatively.it might have caused some other
changes in our attitude, actions, response or character and even how we relate
with others.
During challenging times, some feel
like giving up, Just staying down or accepting defeat. You begin to question yourself
“why me” why would I have to face this, why would I have to go through all
this?
Mattew 16:33 have
told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace. In the world you have
tribulation and distress and suffering, but be courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.” [My
conquest is accomplished, my victory abiding.]
Challenges, trials,
temptation come and go, nothing is permanent. They are never meant to stay forever.
They may come in different format but no matter the format they seems to appear
what determines your victory is how you react in that situation you find
yourself.
Nothing is permanent,
no situation is permitted to remain the same in your life that is why change is
the only constant thing.( I don’t mean
buhari change oo . even change can change change .#just kidding)
.
.
Challenges of life
either come to make you BITTER OR BETTER. Your reaction to things determines
how victorious or defeated it will end. Your reaction to changes matters a lot and
How you handle issues that come your way, it reflects on how you react,
respond, speak and behave. It even affects how you think too.
You response and confession in the mist of challenges
will determine your victory.
You can choose to
stay bold and confident that it will get better, you can say to yourself am not
allowing this bring me down., am not staying down because of this situation, I
choose to move on with my life whether it’s happening the I want it or not or
you can accept defeat and wallow in self-pity of why me? Why me? You can choose
to stay down because someone has hurt you and you torture yourself about it.
The bible has
already made it clear that it’s gonna come but Jesus has already provided
solution when it happens so nothing catches you by surprise. The devil is
always on the alert to steal people’s joy. He comes in different format,
through your health, finance, your loved ones, business, career etc...1 peter
5:8 Be sober [well balanced and self-disciplined], be alert and cautious at all times. That enemy
of yours, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion [fiercely hungry],
seeking someone to devour.
As human beings we have
suffered or gone through hurt, rejection, opposition, oppression, bitterness ,
hatred etc. and it has caused an impact in our life ( positive or negative).
Most times it defines who you are, but in all this you need to understand you
have no ability of your own without Christ. To be able to stand strong during
challenging times, to withstand the pressures of life, trials and temptations
of this life you need God.
Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength [mighty and impenetrable], a very present and well-proved help in trouble. It is the grace of God at work that makes you overcome and not your own physical strength.
Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength [mighty and impenetrable], a very present and well-proved help in trouble. It is the grace of God at work that makes you overcome and not your own physical strength.
Philippian 4:13
“I can do all things [which He
has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in
Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him
who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]”
The answer is just
simple you can’t make it on your own without Christ; you can’t overcome all by
your own effort. Mattew 11:28 “Come
to me, all who are weary and heavily burdened
[by religious rituals that provide no peace], and
I will give you rest [refreshing your souls
with salvation]. The scripture ( life manual) Makes it clear that we
can place our burden on him for he is ever ready to help us. You can put all
the burdens that seem to be weighing you down on Jesus cos he told you to that &
he will give you rest. SURE WORD!!!
One of the things I
like about Gods word is that the word is light itself. It gives life, it gives
light and it revels what seems to be hidden. The word of God shows you what you
need to do and how to do it. Instead of staying with all the burden in your
heart, instead of torturing yourself and suffering it all alone while not
accept the assurance and privilege God has given you through Jesus Christ His
son to access his throne boldly and pour out your heart to him.
God is never too
busy not to have your time, God is always present to give you listening ears
when you call on him. lemme tell you, you are the hand work of God, so everything about
you is His duty and responsibility. As in
your matter na him matter. He said in jeremiah1:5 “Before
I formed you in the womb I knew you [and approved of you as My chosen
instrument],And before you were born I consecrated you [to Myself as My own];I
have appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
God knows everything about you and
what you might be going through is not a surprise to him and He is willing to
help you if you call on him.
Psalm 33:13 The Lord
looks [down] from heaven;
He sees all the sons of man;
You need to talk to him about
everything and I mean everything without leaving anything behind. He is capable
of helping you overcome. You can’t do without him. His words confirms it that
without God you can do nothing (mattew 15:5)
So I encourage you to pour out your
heart to your maker, your creator instead of staying down, let him help you
stand strong in times of challenges and help you overcome it all, so u can come
out victorious and better not bitter. Allow him show the positive side of every
situation.
“Infact challenges are important to keep
you fresh and they bring out the creativity that God has put inside of you. kingsley okownkwo
First of all it all start with you
not accepting the negative things that life throw at you but embracing the sure
word of God that gives confidence to stand strong and overcome the challenges
of life.
When negativity shows up in your
life it is the word of God that transforms it to positivity.
So go out live happily, dream freely,
Embrace change, think positively and never accept defeat. Never allow
challenges weigh you down or make you stay down but rather let it bring out the
best of you and the best in you, make you better and not bitter, teach you that
you can do it through Christ that gives you strength.
